Indicate which server you are playing on and a short description of the problem in the email subject and your mageid in the email. Emails without these proper information will be ignored.

Report suspicious behaviour of players or other decalogue of terra violations, make sure to include your mageid and if your complaining about getting punished, date and reason given.
